Re: SAYER secret messages POSSIBLE MASSIVE SPOILERS

I think you're right with the 'I hid these messages' and 'I hid it in them.'

Re: much better than console gaming

For me mouse + keyboard is usually my preferred control scheme, especially for RTS and FPS, nothing comes close. Microsoft once tried to set up cross platform between PC and Console for some FPS games but scrapped the idea when during tests the PC players wiped the floor with all the console players...

Re: much better than console gaming

It's really a preference thing, ease of use is a pro for console as well as price, personally i'm a PC gamer, I haven't had a console since the original Wii and that never got much use. Some of the Pros of PC (assuming it's a good PC): Better graphics Cheaper games (usually) Bigger selection of game...

Re: December Geekly Game Night

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you also need Counter Strike Source, but i think that's just for some of the assets so you might jut be able to download some files.

Re: December Geekly Game Night

26th is no good for me unfortunately, Boxing Day and shit. 27th onwards i'm good though.
I nominate Garry's Mod, lots of different games we can play with it. Murder, Trouble in Terrorist Town, and Prop Hunt are the popular ones but there are loads more.

Re: Thank you Geekly.

I agree with every single statement in the above post. Without going into details, I was in a pretty dark place in my life the last 6 or 7 years and since becoming part of the community back in '13 everything has become so much better and brighter, I really can't express how much the Geekly communit...

Re: Geekly Holiday Song Share!

I've re-written 'Let it Snow', but my singing would cause damage (both physical and psychological) to the listeners. So I need someone willing to sing.

Re: Dear Sayer Advice Column

Dear SAYER, So I was happily laying in my bunk yesterday reading some Æorolith Dynamics approved literature when I swear that I heard a bee buzz passed my head. It's possible that it was a hornet I suppose, because as we all know there are no bees on Typhon, but it didn't sound that big. Is it at al...

Id suggest following lost of the Geekly community on Twitter, games are always being thrown together on there and I'm sure you could get in on some of the action.
