Numenera

Postby mointrigue » Mon Aug 05, 2013 2:25 am

Anyone else here checked out http://www.numenera.com/? I haven't had a chance to play test it yet, but I read through the rulebook this weekend and there are some really interesting ideas in there. I dig the idea of awarding player XP based on discovery as opposed to combat. The way it handles health, stats and difficulty is interesting as well.

It's pretty good in my opinion. If you're looking to just do something different

Looks pretty interesting, as someone who's never really been able to get into D&D this seems like an cool alternative
