It’s Week 4 of the Geekly Get Fit Couch to 5K training program! This is a 6 week program that will get you ready to run a 5K on the weekend of April 8-9!  You can choose to run on whichever day is most convenient for you; all you have to do is stick with the program! Join us and post pictures of yourself on Twitter using #LetsGoGeekly!

Week 4: (3/20/17 – 3/26/17)

  • 5 min warm up walk
  • 4x/wk
  • Walk 2 min. Run 8 min. (repeat x3)
  • 5 min cool down walk

(Explanation: walk 2 mins, run 8 mins, walk 2 mins, run 8 mins…and repeat this 3 times)
