About Tim Lanning

Tim founded GeeklyInc with Michael DiMauro way back in 2013 when they realized they had two podcasts and needed a place to stick them. Since then, Geekly has grown and taken off in ways Tim could have never imagined.

UPDATE! The contest is now over!

Here in the GeeklyInc Dreadfort we have been debating about what cool new content we can cover. Then, like a bolt of lightning striking a Bugbear, the idea hit us – read every single novel in The Sundering event by Wizards of the Coast. But we were not satisfied with just reading the novels. No, we wanted to include you, our wonderful readers/fans/listeners, on a voyage through this world of magic and mystery.

Starting next week we will read through part one of the first book in The Sundering series, R.A. Salvatore’s The Companions, and discuss our thoughts and feelings on the novel live at twitch.tv/geeklyinc. Then, we will release our audio based discussion to the Drunks and Dragons Random Encounters feed.

We want all of you to join in on our quest to discover the entire story told within The Sundering and we figured the best way was to give away two beautiful hardcover editions of The Companions. In order to win your very own copy, leave a review on any podcast within the GeeklyInc family (see the podcast feed above for the full list) then share your reviews in the comment section of this post. Each review gives you an extra chance to win! Then we will choose two random entries to receive their very own copy of The Companions.

For week one we will be reading all of part one of The Companions. Week two will be part two…AND SO ON! Before you ask, yes we have more copies of the next book, The Godborn, to give away so stay tuned on how you can win them.

It will take a long time to read all of the novels. Especially since we will be playing [REDACTED] on the Random Encounters feed soon. Expect The Sundering Book Clubs to be released steadily over the next year.
