Robot Entertainment proudly announces an update to their latest success on iOS, Hero Academy. With this update, players now have access to a third army, the Dwarves for the price of $1.99. For players that are a bit more thrifty, this update does have more to add. There’s a new map that’s Dwarf themed that includes squares that can teleport the player, and now Game Center achievements and leaderboard support.

2k Games and Gearbox have finally announced the release date of their eagerly awaited sequel, Borderlands 2. Coming to the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC on September 18, gamers can expect more of what made the first game loved by many, only better. Also announced are the preorder bonuses and in-game items.

The Darkness II is brutal, crass and probably not everyone’s cup of tea. It is also gorgeous, smart and a big improvement over the original in terms of game play. The narrative is constructed in a very interesting way that will keep you guessing right up to the end. This game takes what was interesting about the original, and builds upon it while also streamlining the experience.
