Hardar Kainala was a mysterious cloaked figure in a tavern in The City of Brass. Rowan Grey met him while investigating the location of The Jade Pyramid in The Elemental Plane of Fire. He basically told her it could be found in The Elite Forge, and that the only way to access it was to beat Lucis Incendis in a game of Bone Battling.
