Long Story
The Daring Dragoons, having just helped defend the town of Horsk from a Barbarian attack, now head toward the cemetary, where they learned there's some necromancy afoot. Smash heads into town first, and sees five Horskian guards, standing over the bodies of other Horskians villagers. They are also surrounded by evil mysterious fog, the trail of which leads to a nearby door of a nearby house. From this and other houses, Smash can hear screams of villagers, and he decides to go help some of them by running into a building that's on fire. Back outside of town, the captain of the guard tells them to run in and go help, but our heroes decide to stand there and discuss things first. They mention that the barbarians they fought last episode were not vampires, which is some weird timing that they would attack right now, unless they were working together. So that's weird, BUT they need to get Smash, so they run into town after him.
Smash, meanwhile has entered one of the homes in town, and found a family in hiding. It seems the father of the house has died, and the killer is also dead, laying on the ground at the feet of a young girl, who's holding a knife. She yells to Smash to stay away. He tries to stop her before she swings at him, but gets a cut on his hand. He is, however, able to pick her up, whereupon a bunch of other kids try to tackle Smash. They grab his legs, so he just walks out of the burning building with them, meeting up with the others outside. After regrouping, they see the Horskian guards approaching, but now, they can see that the guards are wounded, maybe even undead. The Dragoons are able to skirt around them, but the guards are following them. Slowly.
As they go, they see more fog, and more undead soldiers, eventually coming across a woman, dancing and moving strangely. She dances on top of some corpses, causing them to stir and begin walking around! The fog follows them, seeming to be the cause of their resurrection. 7 such corpse creatures attack them. The party destroys the creatures, thanks to Leon and Sig appearing and slaying the necromancer. After the battle, they all debrief, revealing Jessga to be well and properly missing. The two also remind our heroes about Father Breio, and that he, too needs to be stopped.
And all around them, the city burns.
Short
The adventurers from Norhall head into the city, only to discover that a horde of necromancers has infiltrated, and are causing the dead to fight against the living. They are eventually able to run into Sig and Leon, who tell them that Jessga is still missing.
