Steph was the names of several bar wenches throughout Drunkeros. Similar to Pokémon's Nurse Jenny, it seemed there were multiple Stephs in multiple bars. There was even a serving wench in the Barony of New Stigia, which was otherwise full of demons, who's name was Steph. It's pretty fucked up.
