Ursus Bearnabus was the Captain of the Guard for the city of The Last Respite in Elysium. The Tower of Grey met him during their quest to find the missing Prince Thom Harper, where he invited them into the city during the attack of Gruumsh One-Eye. They met him again later at Modean 7, a local tavern.
