Venduria was a city in The Elemental Plane of Air. It was the location of AirBlast 42, the annual Bones Card championship. The city was described as having building made of ice and glass and clouds. The whole city is completely vertical. The buildings were also on pedastals that rotated slowly. There's also spiral stairways, rope bridges, and magical elevators.
