Cthulhu & Friends Reads: Puss In Boots by Charles Perrault

By Cthulhu & Friends on

Ok, so normally cats in Cthulhu & Friends aren’t exactly good omens, however in this story things might be different!

We’re a podiobook again, err well kinda!! This week we present the behind-the-scenes making of a reading with Hiroshi and Veronica, and the fully edited and produced version is included afterwards. The reading this time is Puss In Boots!

Puss In Boots was written by Charles Perrault and was published in 1697. This story is attributed to other authors prior to Perrault, Giovanni Francesco Straparola (1550-1553), and Giambattista Basile (1634). It remains a popular tale, and provided some inspiration for a ‘certain character’ in a Dreamworks animated film.
