I’ve said it before, but I just wanted to comment since Jennifer asked during this ep. I honestly haven’t read anything or heard anything about this show prior to watching it all. I just finished episode 6, and without referencing the spoilers said in each spoiler zone, I have been enjoying the show from the get go. Unfortunately, I didn’t get many of the subtle references that happened (e.g., blood sacrifices of vikings and slaves) until the most recent episodes. I’m sure it would have been much easier if I have read the book or something before jumping right into the show, but I am okay with it. The show is still very good and I pick up enough of the storyline(s) to enjoy it! 🙂
