Toua Tokuchi continues playing for the Lyacons against the Bugaboos and their new coach, the dastardly Shirooka, and his new star bunter Johnson. Claiming that Johnson is the fastest man on the baseball pitch, Shirooka directly calls out Toua, claiming that statistics states that he can never defeat Johnson when he steals home plate.
