In a future where all citizens’ psychological health is monitored by a powerful state-controlled AI, potential criminals are apprehended by teams of Detectives and the Enforcers they command. Akane is thrown head-first into fighting crime against a master criminal who appears to be orchestrating crimes to highlight the contradictions in dystopian Japan.
