In this weeks show we meet a new character, Cersei is whiney, Bran has a run in with zombies, and we have an argument about spelling for at least 5 minutes. So basically business as usual. We hope you are enjoying this combo read as much as we are, as we know now, its all we have for 2015 with Winds of Winter being “delayed.”

Chapters! (spoilers for character names)

AFFC 13: Cersei III

AFFC 14: The Soiled Knight (Arys)

  1. So. Sansa says Arys Oakheart is the nicest kingsguard, he only hit her when Joffrey forced him and even then he didn’t hit her hard.

Arys Oakheart was courteous, and would talk to her cordially. Once he even objected when Joffrey commanded him to hit her. He did hit her in the end, but not hard as Ser Meryn or Ser Boros might have, and at least he had argued. The others obeyed without question… except for the Hound, but Joff never asked the Hound to punish her. He used the other five for that.

  2. P.S. there’s no reason to ever delete an e-mail. the whole point of GMail is that you can search for something from 5 years ago and you have enough storage to keep it all.

  3. yeah i’m at 42% having never deleted any e-mails. But the thing is google adds memory to gmail, faster than I (or i would wager, you) get new e-mail. And of course you can always ask for more memory. having every e-mail you ever sent is of greater utility than having 10% more free space in an e-mail account you will never fill up anyway.

  4. Some of my favorite parts of this podcast is the off topic conversations that happen organically. It makes the discussion feel real or as if I was arguing with my friends about random bits of fandom.

Also thank you Tim for making me finally realize Shredder is just basically a spiky Gargamel.

    NOM NOM NOM.
