This is a shorter episode of Drunks and Dragons. I hope you don’t take that out against us since we tried to pack as much story into this shorter episode as the digital walls could stand. No, what this episode lacks in length it more than makes up for in emotion. So prepare your hearts and minds for a confrontation that has been 79 episodes in the making.
The adventure continues with Titus Harper (Tim Lanning), Thom the Dragonborn (Mike Bachmann), Aludra (Jennifer Cheek) and your Dungeon Master (Michael DiMauro).
Drunks and Dragons is a weekly podcast using the Dungeons and Dragons 4th Edition ruleset. Please let us know what you think!
Epic.
Just finished this episode and wanted to say Bravo. Im sure most will be fine, that is a time machine in the room with them. About to start the next to hopefully find out I’m right.
I just got to this episode on my third listen through of the series. Like everyone else, I’d like to say how amazing this episode is. It gets better every time time I listen (much like the Banana Fosters episodes, or the Ice Cream For Bucky episode).
I’m at work rn, so I had to REALLY controll myself, but the Rains of Castamere broke the dam and now I’m sobbing. Damn you!
Wait what the actual fuck just happened?
WHAT THE SHIT, THRIFTY?! Brains blown to bits, and Roz a traitor… top notch way to go. Srsly. I loved that you at least sounded very hesitant when heads exploded, and also makes sense why you wanted everyone to get away so easy from the Beholder. Now Thrifty will need to live up to these Tarantino-esque endings, please do. 😉
I know I’m like 9 years behind, but this episode really left me shattered at work.
Heartbreaking how Harper just wanted hes family back.
If there is a way to rate this episode i will give it a 9.2 out of 10.
