About Tim Lanning

Tim founded GeeklyInc with Michael DiMauro way back in 2013 when they realized they had two podcasts and needed a place to stick them. Since then, Geekly has grown and taken off in ways Tim could have never imagined.

Having reunited with “the gang,” The Gang has to really figure out what to do with this dang Demonomicon book. Heck, I don’t think there are demon libraries where we can just drop it off. A real pickle, this one. In the more immediate concerns column is that fact that our glorous, the [redacted], isn’t in the best of shape and we can’t just leave the crew to die in the middle of the friggin ocean. Things are always getting in the way of our quests and adventures…

The adventure continues with Titus Harper (Tim Lanning), Thom the Dragonborn (Mike Bachmann), Aludra (Jennifer Cheek), Jaela (Nika Howard) and your Dungeon Master (Michael DiMauro). Don’t forget to follow our editor Steph Kingston (@stephokingston)!

It should be noted that we had some technical issues so some folks sound won’t be as good. Hopefully, you won’t notice!

  1. I notice that Roz has stopped being Quebecois and become Mexican in this episode…will this be an ongoing scenario? I guess I’ll have to wait and see!

  2. After listening to more than 100 episodes and really enjoyed them I am starting to question whether I want to listen to anymore. The pace is really slow, not for the first time barely anything happened in this espisode. The players seem to have no clue on how to progress the story, make decisions or hold back on the chatter. Early on, something of substance happened and each episode finished in a “cliff hanger of sorts”. Mixed in-between there was hilarious banter and RP. The players seem have forgotten the winning formula :=( The DM (Thrifty) is excellent and tells a great story, individually everyone is great but I just think the balance is wrong. Do things get better or is this podcast not for me anymore ?
