Hi! Quick warning before you start this episode – since it had been a little bit over an hour and half since we started recording, our sobriety was in shambles. It was still a fun episode (from what I remember) but this shouldn’t be your first episode, or maybe even your eighth. Hope you like it!
Happy Holidays from all of us here in the Drunks and Dragons Eldritch Basement.
The adventure continues with Titus Harper (Tim Lanning), Thom the Dragonborn (Mike Bachmann), Aludra (Jennifer Cheek), Jaela (Nika Howard) and your Dungeon Master (Michael DiMauro). Don’t forget to follow our editor Steph Kingston (@stephokingston)!
Did Tim fail his CON check when that reviewer mentioned vomiting Razberritas? And then run off and throw up and then come back to tell us his Twitter handle?
This has to be my favorite episode by far. Especially the last 3 minutes. xD
Finally! How has this crew gone so long without getting late night pancakes?
Best comment ever.
I’m listening to this episode in the Year of Our Lord Uthgar 2016 and Bachmann just made a “The Streets” reference (“I just beat Gran Turismo on the hardest difficulty”) to RESOUNDING SILENCE as I cackled maniacally.
Good on yer, Bachmann. Good on yer.
This is the hardest I’ve laughed on any episode.
When Tim said, “Good thing they didn’t put the silverweed on the fire because then Master Splinter would have popped out. And I would have cried. It made Leonardo cry!” I lost my shit.
I have to agree with most of the above. This is one of my favorite episodes so far. this one has it all… Ninja Turtles….golfing….Uthgar fun…. This will definitely be on my list of episodes to listen to at random along with the EveningShire episodes.
I’ve never been happier that I stuck around to listen to the “after credits” banter!
I had to go back and listen to the Fiasco style storytelling again, just to make sure I heard it right the first time.
I am, actually, listening to this on January 5, 2020. Not quite Christmas, but, you know.
