Episode 146 – An Illuminating Encounter Part 2

By Tim Lanning on

About Tim Lanning

Tim founded GeeklyInc with Michael DiMauro way back in 2013 when they realized they had two podcasts and needed a place to stick them. Since then, Geekly has grown and taken off in ways Tim could have never imagined.

Lanterns are usually something that are to be ignored. So simple yet so essential to our everyday life. Luckily, they are extremely fun to smash, especially when you have permission. Gruemar the Silver should have had a better plan against the genius minds attacking his camp. Ha, he looked so stupid. Wait, what is that sound? Is that… no can’t be… it sounds like mixed and confusing swearing coming from the woods. My Erathis have mercy on our souls…

HEY DO YOU LOVE WINTER SOLSTICE LIKE WE DO? It is the most magical day of the year after all. Do you count the days until the local shoppes are filled with honey cakes and toy wooden battle-crazed great swords? We do too!!! If you act super fast, and join our patreon at the $5 tier of above we will send you a Winter Solstice card signed by one of the hosts of Drunks and Dragons! Also while supplies last we will send you a surprise gift as well! (because of the insane cost of shipping, we will send to Canadians at the $10 tier and International folks at the $20 tier). This only applies to people who participate in patreon for the month of November 2015.

Join us in June in Portland for GeeklyCon 2016!!! Tickets are still available at the time of this posting.

Hit the store and get an Ok Bye shirt or a Battle Standard of House Vidalis while supplies last!

The adventure continues with Titus Harper (Tim Lanning), Thom the Dragonborn (Mike Bachmann), Aludra (Jennifer Cheek), Jaela (Nika Howard) and your Dungeon Master (Michael DiMauro). Don’t forget to follow our editor Steph Kingston (@stephokingston)!

  1. I just realized that you guys are the Drunkeros Equivilent to the Scooby Doo gang:
    Harper: Fred
    Jaela: Daphne
    Aludra: Velma
    Thom: Shaggy
    Junpei/Steve: Scooby Doo

  2. I hope Jennifer realizes she COULD do a lot of damage if she wanted to. She just isn’t using her second attack and Divine Smite. Just do what the other paladin does. Divine Smite with higher level spell slots is a good way to nova.

  3. So how many times do her friends have to tell her to shut her dog up before she does something? Because at 10 minutes in I’m already done with the episode.
