Well, the quest has been completed and the world is now a much safer place. Unfortunately, the challenges that our heroes face do not stop on doorstep of that accursed, egg shaped fortress. Life goes on and life has a tendency to offer the greatest challenges for most mortals. Challenges that a sword or a jolt of lightning somehow will not fix. And yet, our mentally and emotionally scarred adventurers are somehow expected to return to their equally damaged lives. I am sure everything will be fine.
Thank you for joining us on our adventure through our first 155 episodes!
Join us in June in Portland for GeeklyCon 2016!!! Tickets are still available at the time of this posting.
The adventure continues with Titus Harper (Tim Lanning), Thom the Dragonborn (Mike Bachmann), Aludra (Jennifer Cheek), Jaela (Nika Howard) and your Dungeon Master (Michael DiMauro). Don’t forget to follow our editor Steph Kingston (@stephokingston)!
Isn’t Harper being a little presumptuous in his plans for the Chum Guzzler? With Tum and now Thom dead and Junpei Iori wherever the hell he is, I’m pretty sure Aludra is the only remaining owner of the fabled Chum Guzzler. In fact, since Harper was hired alongside Winston, technically, Harper works for Aludra.
Whoever controls the Ross, controls the Chum Guzzler. One chum to guzzle them all.
Hmmmm Harper was hired under false pretenses… and he definitely never signed a contract. And if he did, he died and all contracts would be void. Maybe.
Also, you know Ros can see a good opportunity when it shows its golden head.
I think once he became a king he probably gave Aludra his 2 weeks notice, and then bought out all the shares in Chum Guzzler Inc. and made a power move to take over the business and set up his very own shipping empire.
I said the same thing in the twitch chat – it’s really all hers now!
I’m so happy with Bachmann’s decision. Bear Charger is a perfect fit.
Hail Satan!
Where is Daisy? Seriously, Where is Daisy?
ok bye
Please tell me Bearcharger is a blade pact and he’s going to yell something ridiculous when he summons his pact blade.
Great episode! I love Bucky’s new mopey goth githyanki voice.
Even better: Jennifer rolls a D20 for chin hairs, and gets a 15. Such a waste of a rare double digit number.
Tim. You were brilliant here. Hail Satan, I laughed so hard. Like gasping. Thank you.
Sweet Uthgar, that was a great episode. Many shiny rounds for you guys.
You could call this episode the “interstitial” episode. 🙂 The episode that lies between!
Great stuff as always. Still slowly working through the back log. Hopefully I’ll get to watch live episodes in the next month or so. One thing I felt was missed here was the possibility of another Harper child made in Pelor’s Hope 5 years ago after a crazy night at a club. Who knows maybe this is something I’ll listen to while catching up on the new episodes.
Squall meets Laguna…who always has the Taco shits. #ImissSpoony
So, I accidentally skipped 50 episodes (I dropped out around 117 and misremembered where I left off and started at 171) and right after the wardrobe incident I realized I didn’t remember what happened to Thom! Going back through this I am cracking up at the time skip and Harper’s overbearing wife and seven thousand kids and BEARCHARGER!! He’s great 😀 Great episode
