Now that everyone is on the same page, the gang prepares itself for a magical voyage beneath the waves. But wouldn’t you know it? Zird is not as prepared as we would have wanted for this dangerous trip. I know, I am just as surprised as you. What are friends for, right? I am sure you have helped your zany buddy with a magical apparatus at some point in your life.
The adventure continues with Titus Harper (Tim Lanning), Thom the Dragonborn (Mike Bachmann), Aludra (Jennifer Cheek), Jaela (Nika Howard) and your Dungeon Master (Michael DiMauro).
Sadly the Zird putting the moves on Jaela part sounds exactly like if I was putting the moves on Nika.
I do not have an iTunes account so can’t leave a real review. I didn’t think it would be appropriate to send an email or tweet about this, and don’t know if this will be seen soon, if ever.
I have been listening to your podcast literally every waking moment for all 96 episodes in sequence. That is hundreds of hours of material, from the minute I wake up and into the moment I groggily pass out with the cast’s voices still marching incessantly from my laptop. Transitioning out of that torrent of Drunks and Dragons is going to be rough. I don’t know if I’ll make it. It might have driven me a bit mad. For further evidence of this madness, I feel so friendly to each of you that I would actually help you move without the rewards of smiles or pizza. And I’ve never actually met a single one of y’all!
I love this podcast. It has inspired me to get back into gaming and even experimenting with audio. Anything to fill the time until the next episode drops!
Nika is my favorite, even if I strongly disagree with her opinion on D&D editions, and will be Fiat-Into-Drowning level sad if she ever leaves the cast. But is she really playing to Jaela’s charisma score? I feel like her natural charm is eclipsing the character’s real abilities. And Michael: where do I wire the money to make sure Thom dies? Keep up the great work!
@Anonymiss, I’m not actually to this episode yet. Currently I’m on 36, but I started going through the random encounters first. I’m not site how many work days it’s filled, but I’m listening to roughly 8-10 hours a day since I started.
