Cool Runnings! After Thrifty seemingly put Drunks and Dragons into “Super-easy newborn baby duckling mode” where the team was resurrected from much-merited death without any practical consequences and given free protection from evil magic, no further threat of harm from implants, and even patronage from a god that could always save them from a death liberated of all stakes or conflict (Deus Ex Aeternus), including any conceivable consequences from arrogantly smack-talking said god directly to their face, I began to look for a more hardcore real-play fantasy podcast and settled upon KOTN, where it turns out Tondi has been working to set up another interesting crossover experiment from much earlier, that I thought listeners of Random Encounters who have not checked out Dice Heroes may be interested in looking into eventually (it is discussed over several consecutive episodes in the archives):
