About Tim Lanning

Tim founded GeeklyInc with Michael DiMauro way back in 2013 when they realized they had two podcasts and needed a place to stick them. Since then, Geekly has grown and taken off in ways Tim could have never imagined.

It has been about 40 episodes since we had a Mail Bag episode so we figured now would be the best time to gather around the e-fire and answer some of your burning questions. We also touch a bit on the events of the previous episodes in order to gain a small semblance of closure. So, grab your favorite grog and cozy around your own e-hearth and warm yourself on the sound of us cuttin up and razzing each other as we play our zaniest characters yet – ourselves!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!!!!

The adventure continues with Titus Harper (Tim Lanning), Jett Razor (Mike Bachmann), Aludra (Jennifer Cheek), Jaela (Nika Howard) and your Dungeon Master (Michael DiMauro).  Don’t forget to follow our editors Steph Kingston (@stephokingston) and David Stewart (@spudcam)!

  1. Hey, I think we all agree Aludra has gotten off the hook. Thrifty need’s to put on his conductors cap and take care of her once and for all! Then, Jennifer can do what the fans want, what they NEED, and play a magical ice skating anime boy. Or a Joestar. K, thanks, that’d be great.

  2. Just listening to this episode now and I’m at the part where you’re all discussing your favourite episodes. When this question comes up there’s usually a lot of talk about early episodes (Dreadlord Behemoth, Harrison Ford slimes, the first time the party split, etc) and those episodes came up on this episode too. But I was really happy to see you guys talking about more recent episodes too because I feel like the podcast is constantly getting stronger and better and as much as I like those early episodes, I love hearing you appreciate your newer work, because you’re all awesome. So thank you!

    • We actually kinda feel embarrassed by those first eps, but they still have some of our early favorite bits since we were just little d&d babies. I take a lot of pride in the fact that our current eps are so good! Makes me real happy. I know nerd folks sometimes have a hard time delighting in things they make, but GD it I like our show!

  3. I think you guys hit your stride starting with “So you guys wake up on slabs” 🙂 Maybe the familiarity with the rules wasn’t there, but the personal chemistry definitely was. I know I was entertained, otherwise I wouldn’t keep listening. One of the most amazing parts of listening to this podcast is to hear you guys learning and getting better. It’s like a group of friends growing up together! 🙂
