  1. Loved this episode of the show — glad that they are working in some new scenes not in the book to keep it from being a total retread. And it’s so brilliantly acted.

  2. Loved this episode, though I did miss Jon Snow quite a bit. I’m really enjoying the podcast, and I would like to thank you (repeatedly) for the timeliness of each episode; it really enhances my enjoyment of the show.

    Pop-Up Littlefinger. Bwahahaha!

  3. I’ve been refreshing my podcast subscriptions obsessively for the last 24 hours in anticipation of this. Thanks for the timely update! As a new fan of Game of Thrones, I love hearing you clarify character details, relationships, and histories. I plan to start reading the books as soon as my exams are over, but until then your discussion of the “book version” of the story (mostly) satiates my curiosity. My friend and fellow newbie fan is always impressed by my Westeros knowledge, and that’s all thanks to you. Anyway, you always manage to crack me up, and I look forward to new podcasts almost as much as new episodes of the show. Keep up the awesome work!

  4. First episode I have listened to. Liking the dynamic. Gotta say I was a little worried there might be too many people, but it never got in the way. I love the extra info you bring to the episodes and, at least with this episode, nothing spoiling future events.

  5. I won’t lie.

In a glorious display of stupidity, I downloaded your podcast thinking it was one of the episodes, and, not being one for podcasts, had no intention of listening to it. Luckily for me, though, I was bored and decided to try it out.

    Shit.

    You guys are fucking hilarious!

Now, I seriously look forward to your episodes as much as the actual show’s. And so, I thank you – from the bottom of my heart – for doing what you do.

  6. Love the show guys. As a newbie to Game Of Thrones, I need all the help I can get keeping up with all the different characters. Keep up the great work!

  7. Love the podcast. I look forward to it almost as much as the actual show. Thanks guys.

P.S. I think Tim’s pic on the about page is kinda wrong. lol

  8. I actually laughed out loud at the HBO go in heaven comment.

The sword fights in this episode were awesome. Overall, the best episode so far. The second half of this season is going to be awesome.

  9. Hey, this was a totally awesome episode fo GOT, and now i’m definitely hooked since i’m listenening to your podcast. Loved the line about pop-up video…

  10. Great podcasts!
Have been listening from the beginning and it’s become a part of my viewing habit.

    Thanks from Israel.

  11. I just finished reading the books (so far), and while I do not have HBO, listening to this podcast is a good compromise until I am able to see the series!

  12. Each Cast of Thrones episode just keeps getting better and better! And I so support Tyrion riding Hodor riding a dragon shredding a guitar. Somebody better get on that.

I’m halfway through the second book right now, so Stump Mike Dao is pretty hilarious to me.
