Well, we got another extremely depressing episode of Game of Thrones and clearly winter has come. Stannis is not doing so well, trudging through the snow and needs to take some extreme measures, Danny learns how to train her dragon, and Arya finds a new target for her wrath. The Dance of Dragons had some truly epic moments, and we can’t wait to see how this all wraps up next week.

  1. As a father of 2 small boys (3 years and 3 months) I literally could not watch the Shireen burning scene. I fast forwarded through that part. I thought the arena scene was pretty well done and overall I’d rate the episode 4/5. I am excited to see where D&D go with the season finale.

  2. Hi Guys,

I just wanted to leave feedback. I love the fact that you are critical of GoT, I couldn’t continuously listen to a podcast that was all love and no stick.

Dany has proved to be such a disappointment. It is clear she has made no effort to actually walk about the city she has taken over and has minimal interest in her own personal security. 1 of her close advisers is dead the head of her troops is recovering. In her place I would have 20 soldiers with me at all times – when I am sleeping, eating and f*cking. I would take a close interest in the training of my troops so they are more agile in a city. And I would at least pick up a book or send out a request to find out more about Valeria. Her ignorance of so many things is shocking! It seems worse to me as she is a woman and I had so many high hopes for her.

I don’t know why I didn’t realise this before but the killing that took place in S5 ep8 was a genocide. If there are any other Wildlings left on the other side of the wall they will soon be dead. Jon managed to save 5000 children, old/sick people and men and women. So now in the whole of the GoT world these are the ONLY Wildings.

P.S. thisisafakeemail@gmail.com I entered this fake email just so that I could leave a comment. I just needed to get these thoughts out into the world.
