Michael founded GeeklyInc with Tim Lanning way back in 2013 when they realized they had two podcasts and needed a place to stick them. Since then, Geekly has grown and taken off in ways Michael could have never imagined.
Raw Fury Games, the folks that brought you Kingdom, has announced that they are publishing their third game, GoNNER. It is a 2D platformer that is procedurally-generated, has roguelike elements, and looks beautiful. GoNNER is being developed by Art in Heart, which was founded by programmer, game designer, and artist Ditto.
We only know a little bit about GoNNER so far, but our first impression has us wanting more. The art style is a great combination of beautiful, creepy, and cute. The game play is advertised as “tough as hell”, and the video supports that claim. If you are down for an adorable and challenging roguelike, keep an eye on this one.
