Alucard and the entire Hellsing series (Ultimate is better, but first series as well) is just an amazing Anime and character. Never have I been as impressed and disturbed as I was when watching Hellsing and Hellsing Ultimate.
Truly worth a watch if you have never seen the entire series – for anyone on the fence. Definitely aimed at adults though!
