Vincent realised he was a lifelong nerd the moment he printed out his own Sailor Moon t-shirt at the age of 16 and wore it to school. The story depicts a young student named Shuichi Nitori, a transgender girl, and Shuichi’s friend Yoshino Takatsuki, a transgender boy. Shuichi struggles with her identity while she begins junior high school. With the impending dread of puberty and her attraction to Yoshino to deal with, Shuichi must also consider the judgement of her fellow classmates.
