Don your battle corsets and prepare for our third installment of Wine, Women and Westeros, the show where Jennifer, Annie, and Betsy drink too much wine and analyze Game of Thrones grad school style. In this episode, we talk about the people and issues from Season 2 that were not recorded in the last WWW’s recording snafu. We’ve got your Melisandre, your Margaery, and your amputation-loving Talisa. We also have a long, actually serious discussion about rape and how much it sucks to be a lady in Westeros. So….maybe you should wine it up before listening, too?

Hey ^^
I really like the podcast, BUT I have to say that i think that you guys are way to harsh to Margaery. I don’t think that she used that fact that she knew that Renly and Loras were gay, as “blackmailing” Renly or what ever. I saw it like Margaery showing Renly that she was supporing. And I don’t think her wanting to be “the queen”, makes her a bad person. I mean Renly wanted to be the king, Stannis wanted to be the king and Robb wanted to be the king, and nobody sees them as bad people, it’s kind of a double standard.
But otherwise I love your podcast. And also, the rape-rant was perfect, I completely agree with what you guys said” Keep it up! :))
