As of July 2019, the podcast has an estimated 180,000 unique monthly listeners world wide, and has over 20 million total downloads. Greetings, Adventurers! has even spawned an annual convention.

At the 2017 Academy of Podcasters awards, Greetings, Adventurers! won Best Podcast in the Games & Hobbies category.
