It’s Week 4 of the Geekly Get Fit Couch to 5K training program! This is a 6 week program that will get you ready to run a 5K on the weekend of April 8-9! - 5 min warm up walk
- Walk 2 min. Run 8 min. (repeat x3)
- 5 min cool down walk
(Explanation: walk 2 mins, run 8 mins, walk 2 mins, run 8 mins…and repeat this 3 times)
