THQ has released a short film to give you a taste of what to expect when you play Metro Last Light in 2013. If you missed Metro 2033, well you should be ashamed. It wasn’t the best shooter ever, but the atmosphere was so thick and wonderful that you should really give it a shot.

The short film shows the final moments before a massive atomic attack. The end of the film switches to CG and pans out on what might be in-game art of a decimated Moscow. The bleak atmosphere of the first game will definitely be back.

Metro Last Light is schedule to release some time in 2013, and you can pre-order it here. If you haven’t tried Metro 2033, it is currently on sale for $4.99.
