Rather than focusing on the plot specific antagonists Rockstar focused on highlighting Max’s person struggle. Max is seen drinking, taking pills and breaking lots of glasses. If the past entries of the franchise are any indication, Max is in for more personal pain and suffering. Luckily, he lets his pistols warm his heart and his shotgun sooth his wounds.
