It’s Week 5 of the Geekly Get Fit Couch to 5K training program! This is a 6 week program that will get you ready to run a 5K on the weekend of April 8-9!  You can choose to run on whichever day is most convenient for you; all you have to do is stick with the program! Join us and post pictures of yourself on Twitter using #LetsGoGeekly!

Week 5: (3/27/17 – 4/2/17)

  • 5 min warm up walk
  • 4-5x/wk
  • Walk 3 min. Run 12 min. (repeat x2)
  • 5 min cool down walk

(Explanation: walk 3 mins, run 12 mins, walk 3 mins, run 12 mins…and repeat this 2 times)
