It’s Week 3 of the Geekly Get Fit Couch to 5K training program! This is a 6 week program that will get you ready to run a 5K on the weekend of April 8-9!  You can choose to run on whichever day is most convenient for you; all you have to do is stick with the program! Join us and post pictures of yourself on Twitter using #LetsGoGeekly!

Week 3: (3/13/17 – 3/19/17)

  • 5 min warm up walk
  • 3-4x/wk
  • Walk 1 min. Run 5 min. (repeat x5)
  • 5 min cool down walk

(Explanation: walk 1 mins, run 5 mins, walk 1 mins, run 5 mins… and repeat this 5 times)
