It’s Week One of the Geekly Get Fit Couch to 5K training program! This is a 6 week program that will get you ready to run a 5K on the weekend of April 8-9! You can choose to run on whichever day is most convenient for you; all you have to do is stick with the program! Join us and post pictures of yourself on Twitter using #LetsGoGeekly!
Week 1: (2/27/17 – 3/5/17)
- 5 min warm up walk
- 2-3x/wk
- Walk 2 min. Run 1 min. (repeat x10)
- 5 min cool down walk
(Explanation: walk 2 mins, run 1 min, walk 2 mins, run 1 min… and repeat this 10 times)
