It’s Week 2 of the Geekly Get Fit Couch to 5K training program! This is a 6 week program that will get you ready to run a 5K on the weekend of April 8-9!  You can choose to run on whichever day is most convenient for you; all you have to do is stick with the program! Join us and post pictures of yourself on Twitter using #LetsGoGeekly!

Week 2: (3/6/17 – 3/12/17)

  • 5 min warm up walk
  • 3x/wk
  • Walk 3 min. Run 3 min. (repeat x5)
  • 5 min cool down walk

(Explanation: walk 3 mins, run 3 mins, walk 3 mins, run 3 mins… and repeat this 5 times)
