It’s Week 2 of the Geekly Get Fit Couch to 5K training program! This is a 6 week program that will get you ready to run a 5K on the weekend of April 8-9! - 5 min warm up walk
- Walk 3 min. Run 3 min. (repeat x5)
- 5 min cool down walk
(Explanation: walk 3 mins, run 3 mins, walk 3 mins, run 3 mins… and repeat this 5 times)
